Begin the process either by checking eligibility through our HME software or by starting an order. Once you’ve added the order for either a brand new or existing customer, you can print a delivery ticket, shipping documents, CMNs, directions for your driver, Medicare-required documents, etc.

After receiving proof of delivery, confirm the order by verifying the products and quantities; and then, generate an invoicing edit. This report will display all of your orders ready to be invoiced as well as all those that are being held for any number of reasons.

When satisfied, create accounts receivable based on the invoicing edit with one click. You get to decide whether you want to book A/R if you’re waiting for a returned CMN.

You can easily generate batches of printed invoices and electronic submissions, because our HME software “knows” which invoices go where. You’ll also have the opportunity to generate an electronic edit prior to creating the submission file (again, with one click).
