I know. It’s been a while.
Okay, longer than a while. But I’ve been on the road four of the past five weeks. I realize that isn’t a valid excuse, because I can tether my phone wherever I go. (The only week I wasn’t traveling was Holy Week, during which we attended church every night. I was selected as a lay person to delivery a homily on one of those nights, so my writing time was consumed by Martin Luther.)
I like my quiet time when I write. Not always possible, but preferable. Finally have some now.
I appreciate your responses regarding our last post. Now, as promised, here’s how I’m looking at every day: http://salesgravy.com/JebsBlog/?p=62
Even if you’ve already read this quick story, it’s well worth a few minutes to re-read it. I hope it inspires you as much as it has me.
I’ve always leaned toward optimism and gratitude for every day. Mr. Waldman not only reinforces that attitude, but boosts it to the next level.
“New Day, New Jet” has become somewhat of a mantra for me. I’ll utter it under my breath from time to time. I invite you to try it.
