Our proven implementation plan gets you started with our HME software at your pace. Your assigned CAU implementation coordinator works through the details of each phase with you and your team.
Although some initial training is included with software implementation, you may choose to schedule additional training for your staff. Each of our trainers have been with CAU for more than ten years, yet they’ll create training agendas specific to your company’s objectives for our software.
Following implementation, you’ll enjoy responsive software and IT support by telephone and online. We assign your company to a specific primary and secondary CSR, so you have the opportunity to build a positive business relationship with experienced professionals who know you by name.
