Online training is included while your company implements our HME software.
Every new Web Edition and server-based HME software client receives an HME software Implementation Guide. We designed this guide to start new clients on the path to effectively implementing their new HME software.
Based on decades of experience in upgrading new clients, we developed four main phases to the implementation process. Since implementation is a dynamic process, these phases may overlap. Depending on your company’s personnel resources, you may not need to complete one phase before moving on to the next.
Another CAU advantage? We’ll assign an Implementation Coordinator to your company. This experienced individual will work with your key employees to set up your new HME software based on your company’s specific implementation objectives and data.
During implementation, you’ll learn how to enter orders, process invoices, and submit claims electronically for all customers. These steps prepare you to become another satisfied and successful CAU client company.
