Train at Your Site

Onsite Training Sessions

If you prefer to bring one of our experienced trainers to your location, we’ll accommodate you. Choose among 3-5 days of initial training (coinciding with implementation) or continuing education.

Although some initial training coincides with implementation, you may want to schedule additional online training. Since CAU’s at the forefront of technology, occasional online training assures that your employees can take full advantage of all that our HME software offers.

  • may be split into half-day (4 hour) segments;
  • training agendas for new employees and for veteran system users;

Train at CAU's Learning Center

Hands-on Classroom Training

You may opt to schedule your company’s initial training or continuing education at CAU’s Learning Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Our larger of two classrooms accommodates up to 16 of your employees.

Advantages of training at CAU’s Learning Center include:

  • no day-to-day interruptions;
  • training agendas for new employees and for veteran system users;
  • hands-on training using your company’s data; and,
  • the opportunity to get to know your CAU customer services team.



Online Wiki

Wiki Documentation and Video Instruction

Web Edition is the only HME software that includes dynamic wiki documentation. Wherever you may be in your Web Edition HME software, click a link to learn more about that subject, all in an agile, user-friendly wiki style. Your wiki opens a new browser tab so you can easily toggle between your work and your documentation.

Select topics also include multimedia presentations in case you prefer to learn visually. Plus, field labels within Web Edition are helpful links to definitions that pop to the forefront on your screen. Once you learn how a particular field is defined in its context, simply click anywhere on the page to continue.
